How to Secure Your Traffic with Encryption

Follow these steps to establish a secure neural uplink (HTTPS) for your domains.

Method 1: Automated Let's Encrypt (Recommended)

  1. Ensure your domain's DNS A Record is pointed to the server IP.
  2. Go to Website Settings > SSL tab.
  3. Click "Install Let's Encrypt".
  4. Wait for the DNS challenge to complete. Once successful, the status will show "ACTIVE" with an expiry date.

Method 2: Manual CRT/KEY Installation

  1. If you have a custom SSL, paste the Private Key into the first box.
  2. Paste the Certificate (CRT) and CA-Bundle into the second box.
  3. Click "Install Manual SSL".

Enforcing HTTPS (Force SSL)

To ensure all visitors use the secure version of your site, toggle the "Force HTTPS" switch in the SSL tab. BoostonCP will add a 301 redirect rule to your webserver configuration.
