Restoring Access to Your Account
If you have lost access to your BoostonCP account due to a forgotten password, our automated recovery system can help you reset it securely. This guide explains the step-by-step process of password restoration.
Step 1: Initiate Recovery Request
Navigate to the Login Page and click on the "Recover Password" link. Alternatively, visit forgot_password.php directly.

Enter the email address associated with your BoostonCP account. Complete the reCAPTCHA human verification to prevent automated abuse, then click "Send Reset Link".
Step 3: Access the Reset Link
Check your email inbox for a message titled "Password Reset Request". Click the secure link provided in the email. This will redirect you to the password reset interface.

On the reset page, you will be prompted to enter a new password. For your security, choose a password that is different from your previous ones and use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Troubleshooting Recovery
- "No account found": This means the email you entered is not registered in our system. Verify the spelling or use a different email.
- Expired Link: If the link expires, you must initiate a new request from the Forgot Password page.
- Token Invalid: This usually happens if you try to use an old reset link after generating a new one. Always use the most recent email.
