Restoring Access to Your Account

If you have lost access to your BoostonCP account due to a forgotten password, our automated recovery system can help you reset it securely. This guide explains the step-by-step process of password restoration.

Step 1: Initiate Recovery Request

Navigate to the Login Page and click on the "Recover Password" link. Alternatively, visit forgot_password.php directly.

Step 2: Submit Your Registered Email

Enter the email address associated with your BoostonCP account. Complete the reCAPTCHA human verification to prevent automated abuse, then click "Send Reset Link".

IMPORTANT: If you do not receive the email within 2 minutes, check your Spam/Junk folder. The reset link is only valid for 15 minutes.

Step 3: Access the Reset Link

Check your email inbox for a message titled "Password Reset Request". Click the secure link provided in the email. This will redirect you to the password reset interface.

Step 4: Set a New Secure Password

On the reset page, you will be prompted to enter a new password. For your security, choose a password that is different from your previous ones and use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

NEURAL TIP: Use our password strength indicator to ensure your new password is "Neural Hardened" before submitting.

Troubleshooting Recovery

  • "No account found": This means the email you entered is not registered in our system. Verify the spelling or use a different email.
  • Expired Link: If the link expires, you must initiate a new request from the Forgot Password page.
  • Token Invalid: This usually happens if you try to use an old reset link after generating a new one. Always use the most recent email.
