How to Report Technical Issues to Booston Core

If you encounter an error, UI glitch, or system instability, use the Bug Reporting module to transmit the data directly to our engineering team. Follow this manual to ensure your report is accurate.

Step 1: Open the Reporting Portal

Navigate to Bug Reporting in the Admin Panel sidebar and click the "Open New Report" button.

Step 2: Define the Anomaly

  1. Subject Designation: Provide a concise title (e.g., SSL Installation Timeout on Ubuntu 24.04).
  2. Anomaly Description: Describe the steps to reproduce the error. What were you doing when the issue occurred? What was the expected vs. actual result?

Step 3: Initializing the Transmission

Click "Transmit to Core". Your report will be encrypted and sent via a secure neural uplink to the BoostonServer.com mainframe for prioritization.

MANUAL TIP: Be as specific as possible. Instead of saying "Websites not working," say "Nginx fails to restart after adding a subdomain."
