How to Isolate Specific Infrastructure Events
In large environments, thousands of logs are generated daily. Follow this manual to use our advanced filtering tools to find exactly what you are looking for.
Step 1: User-Based Isolation
To audit a specific client's actions, use the "User Filter" dropdown. This instantly removes all other logs, showing only the activity related to that specific system identity.
Step 2: Category & Type Filtering
Isolate logs by their functional module:
- Web Services: Filter for domain creation, SSL, and VHost changes.
- Data Stores: View only MySQL/MariaDB operations.
- Communication: Audit email account and mail server logs.
Step 3: Keyword Search
Use the Neural Search Bar to find logs containing specific strings, such as a domain name, an IP address, or a specific error code (e.g., 403 or Connection Refused).
MANUAL TIP: You can combine filters (e.g., User:
client_01 + Type: Backup) for surgical auditing.
