How to Establish Multi-Tiered Hosting Plans

Packages are the blueprints for user accounts in BoostonCP. They define the pricing and resource availability for your clients. Follow this manual to create your first package.

Step 1: Open the Package Portal

Navigate to Package Definitions in the Admin Panel sidebar and click the "Add New Package" button.

Step 2: Enter Basic Information

  1. Package Name: Enter a marketable name (e.g., Elite SSD or Starter Cloud).
  2. Pricing Structure: Define the monthly, quarterly, and annual rates for the plan.
  3. Activation Status: Ensure "Active" is toggled to make the plan available for new user assignments.

Step 3: Verification in the Package Ledger

Once saved, the package will appear in the Package Ledger. You can monitor how many users are currently assigned to each tier through the "User Count" telemetry badge.

MANUAL TIP: Use the "Edit" button in the ledger to re-calibrate pricing or limits for existing packages. The changes will be transmitted to all linked users instantly.
