How to Audit and Maintain Your Application Fleet
Follow this manual to manage the software already established on your server.
Step 1: Identifying Installed Apps
In the App Store, applications that are already active on your node feature a Green "Installed" Badge. You can also view a consolidated list in the "Installed" tab.
Step 2: Updating Software
- If a newer version of an application is available, an "Update" button will appear on the card.
- Click Update to initiate the synchronization protocol. The system will preserve your existing configurations during the update.
Step 3: Executing Uninstall Protocols
To reclaim system resources, you can remove unused software:
- Click the "Uninstall" button on the target application card.
- Confirm the deletion. BoostonCP will automatically remove the binaries and clean up system service links.
ADMIN WARNING: Uninstalling core web servers (like Nginx or Apache) will cause all hosted websites to go OFFLINE. Always ensure you have an alternative engine active.
