How to Use Advanced Data Manipulation Tools

For complex operations like importing SQL dumps or repairing tables, BoostonCP provides a direct uplink to phpMyAdmin.

Step 1: Launching phpMyAdmin SSO

  1. Click the "phpMyAdmin" button in the Database sidebar.
  2. BoostonCP will establish a secure, single-sign-on session and redirect you to the PMA interface in a new tab.

Step 2: Exporting and Importing Data

  • To Export: Select your database in phpMyAdmin, go to the "Export" tab, and click Go to download an .sql snapshot.
  • To Import: Select the target database, go to the "Import" tab, choose your file, and execute the transmission.

Step 3: Performing Quick Actions

In the main BoostonCP Database Ledger, you can perform rapid maintenance using the Actions Column:

  • Neural Deletion: Permanently remove a database and its user in one click.
  • Manual Backup: Trigger an instant snapshot of the specific database.
TROUBLESHOOTING: If phpMyAdmin fails to load, ensure your browser is not blocking pop-ups and that the MySQL service is ONLINE on the main Dashboard.
