High-Speed Data Manipulation Protocols

BoostonCP supports advanced interaction methods to maximize your productivity. Follow this manual to master high-speed file operations.

Step 1: Keyboard Mastery (Shortcuts)

You can manage your files using standard keyboard commands:

  • Ctrl + A: Select all items in the current view.
  • Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V: Copy and Paste files or folders.
  • Ctrl + X / Ctrl + V: Cut and Move items to a new destination.
  • Delete: Move selected items to the Recycle Bin.

Step 2: Universal Drag-to-Upload

  1. Open the target folder in the File Manager.
  2. Drag files from your local computer and drop them anywhere on the browser window.
  3. The Premium Upload Engine will launch automatically and begin the transmission.

Step 3: Visual Relocation (Drag & Drop Move)

To move files, simply select them, then Click and Hold to drag them onto any folder in the main list or the sidebar tree. Release the mouse to authorize the relocation protocol.

MANUAL NOTE: BoostonCP utilizes a "Safe-Move" protocol. If a file with the same name exists in the destination, you will be prompted to Overwrite or Skip.
